The Suspension Training Workout is a great way to get your body into tip-top shape. The exercises involve side-to-side movement, twisting, pulling, and hinging. To begin, attach a suspension trainer to a sturdy object and hold it above the floor. Then, raise your right foot off the floor and bend your left knee to descend into a lunge position. Do as many reps as you can in 30 seconds and rest 0 seconds between sets. Then, repeat. Keeping your form, focus on the difficulty of each exercise.
